General Terms and Conditions of Sale of ST CYP JET EVASION
- All activities at St Cyp Jet Evasion require a signed contract.
- Service prices are expressed in euros, VAT included.
- These prices include the total cost of the service, including fuel.
- All bookings must be confirmed with a €20 deposit.
- For any cancellation less than 24 hours before the service, the deposit or the service will not be refunded.
- Any activity started is fully due.
- The service is considered valid only after full payment.
- The seller reserves the right to cancel and refund the service if weather conditions do not allow for safe operation.
- The seller reserves the right to postpone the service if weather conditions do not allow for safe operation.
- The seller reserves the right to cancel the service if the customer’s physical abilities do not allow for safe operation.
- The seller reserves the right to refuse service to any customer with whom there is an ongoing dispute regarding safety or payment of a previous service.
- In case of non-compliance with the instructor’s instructions, the initiation or excursion may be stopped without any refund.
- Payments can be made in cash, by credit card, check, or holiday vouchers.
- Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Perpignan court.
- Required Physical Abilities:
- Good visual acuity; corrective lenses or contact lenses are allowed.
- Good hearing acuity; hearing aids are tolerated.
- Proper upper limb function required for handling the vehicle.
- Integrity of both lower limbs or one functional limb with a satisfactory mechanical prosthesis for the other.
- Satisfactory neuropsychiatric and vascular condition.
- Pregnant individuals are not allowed.
- No participation under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medications affecting perception or cognitive functions.
- Any complaint against SARL ST CYP JET EVASION must be submitted within 15 days from the service date, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, to the company’s headquarters:
